Right of withdrawal
We do everything to fulfill your order satisfactorily. In the unlikely event that you want to cancel your purchase, you can do so by using your right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) days. This cooling-off period starts on the day of receipt of the package.

Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days right of withdrawal. Within these fourteen days you can return the purchased product without giving reasons.

Exceptions to right of withdrawal
You can almost always return your products to Thats Entertaiment. However, there are some exceptions to products that you can not return:

Products specially made for you.
Products specially ordered for you.
Products that a consumer has ordered on behalf of a company.

Terms of withdrawal
To claim your right of withdrawal, the returned product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product is still unused.
  • The product is still in its original packaging.
  • The original packaging is unopened.
  • The original packaging is undamaged.
  • The original packaging is not deformed or processed.
