Receive defective products
We daily store many articles. Our colleagues who process and send the orders do everything they can to ensure that every order is sent without error. It can unfortunately happen that something went wrong with your order. Have you received an incomplete or defective product?

Receive defective products
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, we will of course rectify this after consultation with you. To make a report if you have received a defective item, please use the form below. The fields with a * are mandatory. Please send at least 2 photos so that we can clearly see and assess the defect of the product.

Exchange defective product
After we have received and assessed your report, we will inform you how the defect of the product can be repaired. If it concerns a separate part, this will be sent.
