You enter into an agreement with us when you have completed the order procedure and have received an order

You will receive a confirmation by e-mail of what you have ordered and the associated costs.

All our prices are in Euros and include VAT. The sales prices mentioned do not include shipping costs

Payment

Your order will be delivered within 5-10 working days after receiving your payment to the address you specify within the Netherlands,

sending to other countries may take a little longer. This depends on the local postal companies. Of course we will do everything we can to keep the delivery time as short as possible,

but we too may experience force majeure. In some cases we may not be able to meet the stated period of 1-7 days after receiving the payment. We will of course inform you of this.

If an item is not in stock, it will be ordered especially for you, and the delivery time will be longer, of course we will keep you informed of your order.

Special orders will also have a somewhat longer delivery time, we will inform you about the approximate delivery time before you order,

so you can choose whether you order or not. You can request special orders via our mail.
